| I recently bought a used differential on facebook as a replacement for my 95tt rear that has started making some noise/has a lot of backlash. I started taking the car apart and realized the new diff does not match the current R230 in the car. The more I dig, the more confused I get. It has 6 bolt axles/driveshaft and does not appear to be either an Armada diff or NA diff. I found a posting for a JDM TT rear differential that looks identical to what I have. The internal gear on the diff I have also has 4.11 gears. Does anyone know if there was a 4.11 rear offered in the TT from the factory in Japan, and would it be a direct bolt in for my 95 (besides the speed sensor being off)?
